Crystal was born and raised in Van Buren, AR. She was a graduate of University of Arkansas Fort Smith and has been a Registered Nurse for over 9 years. She obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from University of South Alabama in December of 2012. She has been a Nurse Practitioner with Hamby and Hamby since March of 2018. She loves caring for our patients and has a true passion for providing for the healthcare needs of families within our community.
